Need help Deciding...

Okay guys so the Infiniti's in TN with the hail Damage are gone now. One was sold out from under me, but we won't go there. Im going to have a friend go to auction and get me one. Now I'm stuck between a 2007 G35 and a G35x. Right now i dont live in a area with snow, but within 2 years I will be dealing with more snow (quiet a bit more). So here's where im stuck. Go for the AWD now and save the hassle or just go RWD and get some good snow tires? What do you guys think?

Thanks in Advance!

Maybe you could find an 08 RWD for a similar price to the 07 AWD and still have some warranty to take care of any initial issues you may find. I think I'd go w/ the RWD regardless, in 2 years you may want to go another direction anyhow.

I have the the awd and I love it, I believe the awd model is only part time so it really is rear wheel drive except for when the car slips which in my opinion is a good thing. I do however recommend the sway bar replacement. What a difference.

Thanks for the info so far guys. I drove a 08 G35X this morning and it was a ton of fun. Only thing that has me a lil concerned it the extra maintance cost of getting the AWD sys serviced. Anyone know how much that normally runs?

I haven’t had any major maintenance, plus the extended warranty covers everything right down to the light bulbs. I have to say my dealer is very good about servicing under my warranty. The only thing that is not covered is fluids, brakes and wipers, to the best of my knowledge.
