Can you put tint on top of existing tint to make it darker?

You can, my old escalade had it done (not by me). The major downside is it adds more strain on the power window motor. That doesn't mean you should though. Its fairly easy to remove, unless your talking about the rear window, in that case it may be less headache to double tint that. But for the doors, just remove it.

It's funny, before I tinted my windows I looked at a bunch of threads online and was thinking to myself, "why would anybody go darker than 35%, that's just crazy." And I thought that the people who did 5% were just dumb.
Now after I got 35%, I have the crazy temptation to just black out my windows. Ha ha. I'm going to have the limo tint after all soon.
