How did you mount your aftermarket tweeter?

Is it possible to reuse the factory mount inside the door? If not, what do you do? Bust out the sauter and the metal and make one? I'm wondering if a speaker install is going to be over my head or not.

There is always the Geek Squad, but I don't want to part with $90 if I can fumble my way through it.

The speakers I bought are correctly sized for the existing spaces, this much I know.

Thanks for any advice.

Later.

I sacrificed the stock tweeter. Cut the stock part and RTV'ed in the new tweeter.

You can see the pic's in my install thread:

They mounted one of my sets ( MTX ) in the stock location...

The other set they mounted in the rear panel ( coupe ) where the old 6.5's sat. I have 4" components due to the books showing this with a custom plate to hold everything
