i'm thinking of getting these to replace my DRL's (fogs for some of you).. just wondering how they look compared to OEM.

I haven't used them on our car, but I used them in the past on my other vehicles. They do resemble HID's but they do not last at all. I think that they life is about a 1/4 of a stantard replacement bulb. I replaced them once a year on my Focus. Personally I don't think that they are worth it. Look at some PIAA lights and or other aftermarket bulbs, maybe even a HID replacement kit. It will be cheaper in the long run. Just my $.02.

Yes, one is make for the Euro market and the other for the America's. I just don't remember which is which. Anyway, a lot of aftermarket bulb manufacturers make just one bulb and market it as compatible with HB4/9006. That way they only have to make one bulb and one package.

our cars use the 9006 lamps for the fog lights. Some web sites do not take into account the fog lights in their database only the driving and high beam lights.
