Kool Yaar: The plastic Bezel is hard and seems solid while the previous one was painted. I tried scratching it with my fingernails but to no avail, and that's good.

Wolo: No the loaner was free, something they do if you make arrangements for it.

As a side not there was nothing impressive about the G37 granted it was base sport, however what I did notice is the the Bose Stereo rocks louder than mine. I listened to the same radio station and the amount or bars that I needed to turn mine up to get loud, the same amount of bars for the G37 was freaking outrageaous compared to mine. Seems like they upped the wattage on the amp or something but the system is louder, with more bass.

They only replace this under bumper to bumper right..or up until the 60K? I have 67K and i am only under powertrain. i would like to get this replaced as well as the door panels that are messed up. I plan on buying extended bumper to bumper..hopefully they will replace it then

It's 60k. Maybe you can still try to talk to them and see if they can give it to you. They have a better material that is better. No rubber crap!

Wow, your old wheel looked bad. When I got mine replaced I thought they would just replace the bezel. I was surprised that they replaced the whole darn thing.

Well mine was replace under my extended warranty as my factory ran out May 22, 2011. I still had mileage but not time (I'm at 45400 now). And I thought it was 4yrs/50000. I didn't realize it was 60,000. My drivers side door panel was replaced 1 week after buying the car, the other 3 are spotless. Guess the PO didn't had folks in the back at all, haha much like me.

My backs are fine as well. 90% of the time i am by myself in the car anyways..much easier to keep clean
