Missing cupholder insert....

i've been on the lookout for this damn cupholder insert since i bought the car (preowned) and haven't had any bit of luck at all. i've pretty much attained all the things needed to make this car complete. it was missing floormats, one key, the **** for the seat recliner, manuals and leather case, etc. I know that I am one of few that are nit picky, but this was my first preowned car purchase and i'm OCD like that. funny thing is, i bought a cupholder insert of an 09 g37 thinking it would fit no problem and it didn't.

Anyone know where i can pick up a 07-08 cupholder insert and the trunk cd magazine for a good price?

you can try your dealership or ebay

there are also sites like infinitiparts.com or something

I searched for ever, they don't sell the separate, you need to purchase the entire cup holder for $100+.

anyone have a pic of this? I think I'm missing one too, cups seems to fall over in mine, and I've got mine used. But I'm not sure what it supposed to look like, so I'm not sure if it's right.

ok that is weird, my center console has the cupholders one in front of the other, not side by side (08 G35S sedan w/nav), and has a rolling cover over it! I assumed my cupholders were just poorly designed, so that's why I wasn't sure I was missing something or not.

To my understanding the sports models have different cup holders! I have an 08 Journey!

My '07 6MT is exactly the same way. Perhaps it's an '07 vs. '08 thing or auto vs. manual

If I can find my cupholder, I will try and snap a pick for you. It's buried in the garage somewhere.

07 journey 5at- Mine is similar expect for the fact that the front part pictured comes up. (glad I don't have this one, I always have lots of change and its easy to just pick it up and bring it to my piggy bank ).

Interesting to see if its a 07 vs 08 or MT vs AT or a combination...

I bet its a AT vs MT thing. The MT has the hand parking brake on the console, I don't think the AT does. That means the MT loses quite a bit of usable space on the center console. Mine barely holds 2 small cups and barely holds my old ipod classic plus a few pens in the covered bin where the power + AV + ipod connector is. But that's a minus I'm willing to live with to have 6MT + RWD sedan car with more than 300hp stock

edit - added pic of 08 sedan 6MT cupholder/console

yeah the MTs have the MUCH smaller and useless front and back holders while other ATs have bigger side by side, because of the hand E-brake. I thought that AT sports had a hand ebrake too which would cause them to have the smaller holders but i guess i was wrong.

I honestly thought my cup holders were tiny!! I could barely fit a Large drink from Mcdonalds or two Venti drinks!
