I finally got my wheel replaced under warranty--just 2 days before the bumper to bumper part expired.

Sam Swope Infiniti in Louisville, KY took care of it. I brought the car in, got a loaner G37x base model, came back in the afternoon and they were like...we ordered the wrong part. Swope is 125 miles from me so this was really bad news...but the service manager said just keep the loaner and we will drive your car to you when we finish it....

Unfortunately they installed the wheel slightly crooked but they are going to fix that when I return to the area in July.

Anyway, good story on Swope infiniti service--I highly recommend them.

 

^ I've seen a few folks saying their wheel was cocked to one side and I was looking out for this as mine just got done, like 2 weeks ago. However it's just as straight as the original. It's not the wheel, just the mechanic.
