Shifting in DS Mode 5AT

For those of you with a 5AT that regularly use the DS what speeds do you like to shift at? I've been using it on and off for the past few months since I bought my G but I find myself using it more and more since I miss the manual tranny in my last car. Here's what works pretty well for me:

1st to 2nd: 10-15mph
2nd to 3rd: 25-28mph
3rd to 4th: 38-40mph
4th to 5th: 50-55mph

Curious as to what works well for everyone and obviously these numbers change somewhat depending on how you're driving at that particular time

I haven't really enjoyed the DS in mine. It's very sluggish and unresponsive. Do y'all have the same issues?

LOL Excuse me the manual mode is sluggish, the auto mode is amazing. Far exceeded my expectations actually. Especially for a sedan. The manual mode doesn't shift immediately when I tag it and feels extremely foreign.

Oh lol ma bad thought you meant the auto ds mode
All our manual ds shifts are kinda laggy (my 330ci was too though so I just think its normal...) But if you get a grounding kit with a wire that goes to the tranny then apparently the shifts are rapid! I'm about to hook up that last remaining wire so I will let you know if it makes a difference!

Oh please do, I would love to get some instant shift gratification out of my auto. To be honest I drove my wifes 2010 S40 and it shifts instantly, which I found amazing.

wasnt able to do it tonight lol, awd is hard to do plus I had just done the "forbidden mod"lmao and my airbag light was flashing so I had to figure that out first lol I'm going out now but I'll either do it tonight or tomorrow morning when I install bumper fogs, but check those threads, a bunch of people said shifts were crisper/faster
