Noise from headliner and undercarriage

My headliner rattles to the point where it is super annoying - anyone else had this experience? Its going to the stealership for hail damage so I'm having it go right to service when it leaves the bodyshop.

Also feel like I hear a little bit of undercarriage noise at slow speeds....could be occuring at high speeds too, but I just can't hear it. Reminds me of the loose heat shield on my old Maxima.

Most likely your sunroof.

Also somewhat common, try to get the car in the air to check the heat shields and exhaust piping.

When the sunroof shield is back it makes noise from that area, but even when I keep it forward I get rattle coming from the rear of the car.

Ours would buzz from the place in the headliner just forward of the sunroof. I pulled down gently on the headliner and placed a piece of 1/2" foam weatherstripping along the edge, just out of sight. Pretty much did away with it.

I've also heard that noise that sounds like a heat shield rattle. But it's very occasional and difficult to recreate so I haven't tracked it down, yet.

Is this undercarriage sound like a lite rumbling type of sound ? Thats what I get from time to time but I can't figure it out myself and I can't reproduce for the dealership.

Undercarriage noise could be a bad and cracking compression rod bushing.

Headline rattle could be a few bolts coming loose from the sunroof rails.

I have a bolt that popped out 2 months ago. It's now moving around the front inside the headliner.

It was funny as hell. We were just driving and all of a sudden, we heard a buzzing sound and all of a sudden, POP and rattles. Made this car feel cheap as hell. It was embarrassing too. Like driving a riced out G.

My friends who drive a Integra and Acura Legend were just clowning me the entire time. Who are they to clown.
