stupid me...

So, while backing out of a strip mall, who's parking spots are raised, I ended up having my car jump off of a 8-9 inch curb.... it was at a very slow speed, but nevertheless I heard loud thumps in my front right and rear...

My question is, what if any, damages could this cause? Would it screw my alignment? Damage by exhausts? Awd?

If you were going very slowly, and the surfaces were smooth, and it was only 8 or 9 inches, I doubt you would have damaged anything.

You could easily look underneath your car for any impact areas. Look for freshly scraped or dusted areas to get an idea of where it took the brunt of the impact.

^whs, it really difficult to tell what couldve been damaged without pics... however if you were backing out super slow and the fall was slow and gradual then youre probably ok minus some minor scrapes

It seems I hit the left muffler... I see some scratches on it. I am paranoid now, so every little thing makes me wonder if I screwed anything up. Doesn't seem like the car is veering to any one side while driving or braking, but at 60+ I dunno if its psychological but it seems like there's a change in noise of the car? Maybe a slight vibration that may or may not have been there before? Will dropping from a curb cause vibration issues?

I've got to say that the "damage" looks to be extremely minor. I think perhaps you are obsessing a little too much on it. RELAX, your baby is OK.
