This kid down the street from me has flex hosing coming from his muffler tips directly back to the front of the car into his air intake- no filter needed. This creates a "vortex" effect and makes the flow of air thru the system completely circular. I've never seen a Prism move like his. Naturally aspirated and pulls 11's in the quarter. I just ordered the kit...

Btw, OP, if you are looking for better gas consumption you should give your flux capacitor a good cleaning to make sure it is outputting the maximum amount of jigawatts.

I concur with this one. You have drum brakes, so definitely try swapping shoes and see if it makes any difference.

Another theory is since air is no longer being funneled into the engine (the OEM intake nose), then your entire front-end is acting as a giant air dam/brake.

It could also be that with all the added air intake, you're suffering from hypoxia.

Lmao most of them are legit though bro haha

And I have decided to do the DEI mod mentioned above but with PVC pipes in order to improve chassis rigidity, I will post a DIY when it is complete.

OP, do you wear a bicycle helmet when you chew gum? I know it's on off topic question but if you do, it would certainly explain a lot.
