hahah ok, it's an automatic. When I was talking about changing gears in an earlier post, I was referring to using the paddles under the steering wheel. When I was asked if it was a 5 spd, I didnt know that the autos were 5 and the manuals were 6. 5th was the highest I went when in paddle mode. hope that clears things up.

And thanks everyone for the compliments. I'm looking forward to modding this thing out. Like I stated earlier, I just really have to figure out all this terminolgy so I can do so. for example;
HFC= high flow cat (which I plan to do)
ztubes=I didnt realize this was an actual intake tube off a 350Z
etc

I'm going to mod my intake, I'm just not sure which method as of yet. I imagine it will probably be another month or so of research until I decide.
I'm definitely going to black the grill as well as the chrome trim if possible. New exhaust WILL be added. Lowering springs, I'm not too sure about right now. Wheels, if I can find some that I really like, I will get some black ones in November.

I will be adding my 2 Digital Design 8's that I pulled out of my F150 pushed by an AQ2200 that will give them 1000w each. I noticed I have a duralast yellowtop battery under the hood. I don't know if these cars come with those, but I would be adding another in the back with the amps. I will just have to see how the electrical holds up whether or not I will have to go with an aftermarket alt. The most time consuming of it all will be building an enclosure for the 8's. I'm not sure but I'm thinking I might PORT them out of the ski hole in 4th order. This designing/build phase of the enclosure will take a month itself. I look forward to learning more and more on this site. So far you guys have been great and have put out lots of valuable info.

Love the black car. Had one but hated the swirl marks sometimes. Other times, when the local carwash didn't touch it and I washed it, it was awesome.

I beg of you, please remove the THING from the sun/moon roof area.

Welcome to the site, very nice G you picked up. Yep, our black Gs show everything including the inevitable rock chips that seem to fly off the car at an alarming rate. But that's about the only real gripe I have about these cars. Have a blast in your beautiful G and let the modding begin
