So we need

2010 front bumper
2010 headlights
2010 upper and lower grill and fog lights
2010 washer tank

is that it?

fenders too
unless you bondo the stock one to fit the 2010+

You'd basically need the following from 2010+ model:
Bumper Cover, lower bumper grilles, Headlights and Fog Lights, Main Grille, Bumper support bar, Windshield Washer Tank

Should be around $3000-4000

I was about to say you don't need the fenders! I missed the bumper support bar! I'll keep that in mind!

...used front bumper can be scored on Ebay for around 250 shipped
...headlights for about 450 a piece

I'm a bit skeptical because the headlights alone costs $2000+ at the stealership. There's no way the conversion could be done at around $3500, even if you're doing the labor yourself. Nice if you have the money though.

2010 headlights

Is the wiring the same on the 2010 headlights, or do you use the 2007 wires and balasts?
