They replaced my windshield - no homelink, no clock, no radio stations?

My front windshield broke and on the shop they replace it with a new one. Now my homelink does not blink when i press any of the programming buttons!. My center clock stop working and when I select the radio I cannot hear any stations (am or fm). Very worried because I use my homelink daily. I found the cables of my escort radar unplugged (the cables of invisicord), I plug it in and the radar start working, rear view compass and everything turn on but I cannot program the homelink. The radio stations works barely like the antenna is disconnected or something.

suggestions??
