Good experience at the dealership

Went in for a 30k service and had my steering wheel chip, dash and brakes fixed under warranty. Also saved100 bucks on service. It's good to have friends at dealerships:lol

What was wrong with your brakes that they were covered under warranty?

WOW! That is good that you had a great experience there. Your one of the few on here that had this kind of experience. Which dealership did this for you?

I agree. I usually visit my dealership for a service or a product, like a spare key and then bring up the "Oh, by the way..." It works, try it!

I had the same level of service a few times at sewell infiniti in dallas... I'm sure I've mentioned this many times. It really depends on who you get as well, but they did take care of everything I asked for and even installed my y-pipe for free. At first I had my steering wheel replaced twice because of chip and rubbing on other components. I had one experience at another DFW infiniti dealer and they didn't even know my vehicle was under warranty so I just go there for oil changes only.

Looks like I got 1700.00 dollars worth of warranty work. That feels good.
