6MT gearbox whines and clutch chatters when pressed in

Just came back from a long trip 400+ miles and I think something is wrong with my new (to me) 07 G35S. It sounds like my 6MT gearbox is whining - 3rd gear, not so much 4th and 5th gears. It whines when I am slowly accelerating or going uphill, is it normal? Car has only around 30K miles on it. Also my clutch is driving me nuts, it chatters and I feel vibration on a pedal when it is pressed in and it’s over 3K RPM and in gear. But when it’s in neutral everything is fine. Has anyone run into this before?

The 6mt makes a whining noise, particularly in 3rd gear in the 3-4k range. The clutches are notorious for chatter noise, however when it is loud it should quiet down when the clutch is pushed down. Occasionally mine will be rather loud and vibrating (almost like there's gravel on the clutch) and when I push it in there is still some vibration however it is significantly quieter when pushed in. I think if its louder or makes more vibration when pushed in, then that is a sign of a throwout bearing issue.

The chatter might be coming from the throw out bearing. Mine makes that noise too and it's a 2011 G37 with 3k miles on it
