Bluetooth problems

When I'm on the phone sometimes the other person sounds horrible.....like they are using a voice changer.

Sometimes its the entire conversation, sometimes its bits and pieces of it.

Dealer could not replicate.

Any ideas?

Ok, went back to the dealer today. Had the service advisor take a listen - was able to replicate it. However he had me try another phone and there was no issue.

Apparently Infiniti won't warranty it if its a phone that isn't on the approved list. If you look online, virtually no modern phones are included.

I guess you can update software on the 09s, but not on the 08s. If you update the Nav it MIGHT update the BT.....but he wasn't sure. Said he'd make a call and find out, but either way every time you get a new phone you'd probably have to get nav again.

Anyone have similar issues?

I thought it wsa my phone. Sometimes my car can't connect, but if I reboot my phone (Evo) bluetooth works again - so I don't think its the car's fault.
