i was asked to stay away from redrilled wheels by my shop, so i didnt get what i wanted to get

Didn't you get TSW's? What DID you want to get? I spoke w/ the owner of a body shop I know pretty well and he also recommended against it. He said with motorcycles and other ligher vehicles it isn't much of a big deal but with a full sized car and all of the weight he doesn't think it's a good idea considering those 20 lugs are essentially holding the weight of the car.

Personally, I would never use a redrilled wheel.

yeah i got the TSWs, they are our bolt pattern, i wanted this, which was not our bold pattern

love the concave, those are sick. why did your shop tell you not to run redrilled or did they offer you an explanation?

i feel like the only reason why they said that is because they don't have experience with it..as i mentioned before (i think) my coworker ran redrilled wheels for a year without issue. another interesting tidbit: he loves drifting.

I ran into a similar problem, all the wheels I liked the most is not my bolt pattern! I wish I had a VW... (just kidding) I'm seriously thinking of redrilling.

omg, just buy them in 5x114.3 in grey (btw, I really like the grey wheels on black and white cars!) and repaint them as you like in every other not-very-expensive shop...
