I think that was a link to one of Strafe's threads. They where a vendor that got banned so the thread was probably deleted.

 

This is another way without having to drill in the front of the bumper! I could still take off the plate for pictures and the holes won't be visible at all!! It works for me!

Still looking to figure out which motorized plate was shown in the video DJ posted. My wife saw it so now I have to get it for her.

I have found one by Swift and one by Rousch (maybe Altec). Probably either would work, I can get the Rousch for about $20 less. But I would gladly spend the extra $ if I knew I was getting a better fir/product.

Any input from those who know???

I'm hoping to get some input on which product works best.
I expect they're all pretty much the same, but maybe somebody's good/bad experience installing one would help me avoid a bad result.

I'm still trying to search the forum too, anybody have any links to a DIY or recommendation? Already searched the vendor forum.

You had asked what was used in his video and I was only answering your question.

"Google Show-n-go" was not a smart-a$$ comment.... that's just the name of the product that he used.

Also, there are full DIY threads on installing it on other forums. The Show-n-Go seems to be one of the most popular (if not the first)
If that's what you're in search of, the information is out there.
