I think that was a link to one of Strafe's threads. They where a vendor that got banned so the thread was probably deleted.

This is another way without having to drill in the front of the bumper! I could still take off the plate for pictures and the holes won't be visible at all!! It works for me!

Thanks for the info, at least now I don't feel so inept or unwanted.

Still looking to figure out which motorized plate was shown in the video DJ posted. My wife saw it so now I have to get it for her.

I have found one by Swift and one by Rousch (maybe Altec). Probably either would work, I can get the Rousch for about $20 less. But I would gladly spend the extra $ if I knew I was getting a better fir/product.

Any input from those who know???

Google "Show n Go" and you should have a nice selection of places to get it from.
Here's links to Amazon:

Manual -
Amazon Amazon

Powered -
Amazon Amazon

Thanks, Been there, done that.

I'm hoping to get some input on which product works best.
I expect they're all pretty much the same, but maybe somebody's good/bad experience installing one would help me avoid a bad result.

I'm still trying to search the forum too, anybody have any links to a DIY or recommendation? Already searched the vendor forum.

Just to clarify... I know Farhan and I know what product he used.
You had asked what was used in his video and I was only answering your question.

"Google Show-n-go" was not a smart-a$$ comment.... that's just the name of the product that he used.

Also, there are full DIY threads on installing it on other forums. The Show-n-Go seems to be one of the most popular (if not the first)
If that's what you're in search of, the information is out there.

Farhan has a thread where he posts all of his mods.
Look for post # 462 & 464 on page 31.
https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sed...read-d-31.html

He bought his from a sponsor here in the forum but the thread doesn't appear to be active anymore.
You can follow the links I posted for posts up to Amazon... same product, just about the same price as well.

I didn't think that at all, my apology if I offend.

I had done the google for "Show-n-go" and got youtube vids w/o any information on the product.

I did see from your Amazon link that it is the one by Altec.

Thanks for the info.
