Hi All

I am currently out of warranty but just found out that TSB ITB07-014 Applies to my vehicle (My Seat Heaters don't work properly)

Will my local dealer still perform this work free of charge? (Or should they?)

if it's never been applied previously it's probably up to the dealer. If you have a decent relationship w/ that dealership that may be in your favor. I don't think they're obligagted to perform the TSB unless it's a safety recall issue

 

Under warranty if a customer comes in with a TSB we typically honor it without performing diagnostics, simply because all they have to do is say they were experiencing the symptoms.

So paperwork just says:
"Customer states..."
