Exhaust Question

Hey, Is there any difference in exhaust for an 08 Sedan or an X? I don't think there is but I am making sure.

I was looking at this
http://www.stillen.com/product.asp?i...odel=G35%204DR

Also, ballpark range, how much do you think it would be for install?

Thanks

just the pipe layout because the transfer case for the X is different than non X models. other than that, they r the same

and install could depend if ur going to the dealership or a local garage. my shop will probably do it for 150 tops

Just make sure when you order it you let them know you have an x. The y pipe section is slightly different for the x vs rwd as it has to clear the transfer case.

Install is pretty simple to do yourself if you feel like saving some money. All you need is a couple sockets (14 mm and 10 mm I think), some liquid wrench for the bolts connecting the y pipes to the cats, and a set of ramps or jackstands to lift the front of the car. Took me about 1.5 hours or so to do it myself.

A RWD sedan exhaust won't fit a AWD sedan!! Give them a call and double check with them. Make sure they send ÿôū an AWD exhaust!
