Exhaust Question

Hey, Is there any difference in exhaust for an 08 Sedan or an X? I don't think there is but I am making sure.

I was looking at this

Also, ballpark range, how much do you think it would be for install?

just the pipe layout because the transfer case for the X is different than non X models. other than that, they r the same

and install could depend if ur going to the dealership or a local garage. my shop will probably do it for 150 tops

But the the kit from stillen is the same right? And where is ur shop located?

Just make sure when you order it you let them know you have an x. The y pipe section is slightly different for the x vs rwd as it has to clear the transfer case.

Install is pretty simple to do yourself if you feel like saving some money. All you need is a couple sockets (14 mm and 10 mm I think), some liquid wrench for the bolts connecting the y pipes to the cats, and a set of ramps or jackstands to lift the front of the car. Took me about 1.5 hours or so to do it myself.

A RWD sedan exhaust won't fit a AWD sedan!! Give them a call and double check with them. Make sure they send ÿôū an AWD exhaust!
