Have you guys tried the Canadian instructions? I can't believe I haven't tried this in all the years I've had the car. I couldn't get it to work with the US instructions for my Chamberlain/Liftmaster.

There should be a button on your garage door motor, if not, check the dip switch and google the sequence. The problem is most likely there
