I have a friend that is selling MCU coilovers that was on a coupe. Are coupe and sedan coils very different?

G35 and G37 suspension parts are different. They do not interchange.

V36 and Z34 can share parts, just like the V35 and Z33 can. V36/Z34 CAN NOT share parts with V35/Z33 and vice versa. Doesnt matter unless it's a coupe or not unless it's obvious like a catback.

Springs from a Z34/Z33 will fit on the V35/V36. Coilovers from a V35/Z33 will NOT fit on a V36/Z34.
