Sorry man. I use to live in Brooklyn. NEVER again. Place is too damn congested. Only part of Brooklyn that i could see myself living in again is Coney Island.
I grew up in Coney Island and still go back to visit my parents once in a while. The G never gets left on the street. It's always parked in a guarded lot. One thing I do notice is that G's are everywhere in Brooklyn. I can literally count at least 3 on any city block when I'm there.
It really is congested, and when almost everyone has the same car with interchangeable parts, minor theft of such nature is inevitable.
My parents used to get the mirrors stolen from their Crown Vic back in the day since the car was in high demand with car services and cabbies. I remember we actually had the mirrors unplugged and fixed in place with friggin' screws driven through the frame into the back of the glass with silicone around them. This sounds so **** now that I think about it.
