Sup Guys.. Just got me an 07 g35x premium Package last October. Just starting to get into modding it. just thought Id create a thread. Here's a pic and a little list of my plans...

Nice find, and welcome to the forums. There is a wealth of information regarding the 07 g35x's, especially suspension, and exhaust (you have to really do your homework on these b/c they're not the same as the non-AWD). Sorry if you already knew that, but I didn't when I first joined.
One thing I've read here (that you don't have mentioned in your mod plans) is the rear sway bar. Apparently the factory one is garbage and when guys upgrade it it makes a ton of difference in the handling. I plan on doing this some time in the future. Suspension stuff
Also, you should look into a paddle-shifter kit. Only mod I've done so far, but its definitely worth it, and a relatively inexpensive way to add more fun-factor to your daily drive
Also, you CAN run staggered wheels on your AWD, you just need to make sure you put the right tires on the rims. This website will calculate you rim/tire sizes for you, just put in the specs you want, and try to get the width/diameter as close as possible:

but yea i noticed the FI exhaust is for AWD, lets see how it sounds w/o the HFC and if its not too loud ill add that to my list also
