Just carbon wrapped my mirror covers

If you've got some vinyl experience here's my DIY, it's a bit tough if you've never done vinyl though

Not my taste, but as long as you're happy with it.

Makes the car look a bit more ricey.

Nice work with the mirrors and grille. Grille looks nice but something about the mirrors that look out of place! You have your interior wrapped too right?

Did he have CF w/ clear coat? I've seen older CF pieces w/ clear coat & the clear coat burns, the vinyl I used should hold up much better than that, it's made for exterior vehicle wraps.

Thanks bluedevil. I think the mirrors would look out of place without the carbon grill but w/ the grill and the overall dark G it goes well.
Seeing it in person it looks much more cohesive.

Well someones obviously on a roll.

Nicely done. If it were me, would probably do the whole cover as a means of bug-splat prevention.

Haven't done any interior wrap, still on the fence w/ that. As far as the mirrors seeming out of place, this is definitely a case where pictures don't do it justice. It looks much better in person, after looking back at those pics I posted I don't like it either

Thanks Kool, the mirrors look deceptively simple, the grill was easier IME.

Hah, well played sir. I can at least respect the artistic perspective. You are pulling it all together with a theme. I just can't get over the fact that the only reason carbon fiber is cool is because it's a light material. This is almost as tacky as wrapped your car in Loui Vuitton logos. I would have gone with a matte black, or even a matte white wrap. But, I do kind of want to see the whole ride wrapped in CF now.
