Could it be possible maybe the Ecuador retards the engine performance while warming up to prevent engine wear before the oil is heated up and properly lubing the system?

Exactly, it didnt happen when it was new. Logically it has to be something that occurs over time with mileage.... build up of deposits or parts wearing out are common..... I'm inclined to say it seems more and more like a MAF or TB getting dirty

Have anyone here with this issue cleaned either?

I've had both cleaned and the issue still remains. Just one of those issues that you might have to classify as unknown.

I agree with thinking something is building up. However both my t/b are clean as well as both of my maf sensors.

someone has to have addressed this with the dealer? i would like to hear from them if so. what was found?
