it might just be the tires itself.. some tires are not too great in the wet..

Your tires aren't bald, just wearing down a bit, take it easy on first rain cause oiled gets up, keep your tc on and you should be fine

Buy a tire tread dept gauge for 4 bucks and measure it. If its below 2/32 ur legally bald, and the insurance companies may give u grief

Or just learn to read the tread-wear bars.

In the pics they are clearly recessed a fair distance further down from the current tread thickness.
