Cool Passenger Door Rattling

So I have stock audio system in my car nothing upgraded...
I was wondering is there anyway to fix the rattling noise from the door panel when the bass is tuned up
Seems like if i pull it or push down it'll stop obviously since theres no vibration occurring..

If you have any suggestions or do-it-yourself instructions that would be much appreciated!
Thank you G family!

Take off the door panel and see whats loose, here is a DIY
https://g35driver.com/forums/v36-diy...l-removal.html

In my car the rattle was coming from the metal plate seen in the 5th picture down(with the 2 screws going through it). It mounts to the back of the door panel and the screws had come loose. I put some foam tape in there and tightened the screws. One of the screw holes was stripped from the factory so I added some glue to the threads.
