My only problem is that I have to crank up my volume to hear it.

Ok...
I have an '07 G35S and recently wanted to listen to Pandora on my iPhone in the car.
Radio Shack had an RCA (male) to 3.5 mm headphone (male) cord. I plugged the RCA end into the jacks in the console, and plugged the headphone jack into the iPhone.
Then, you hit the button on the car stereo until you get to "Aux".
Make sure the volume on your phone/device is up. That way, you don't need to crank the car stereo just to hear the music. Works great.

The red/white audio and the yellow video is all in one like so...

Once connected to your car, switch the audio system to 'Aux', park, apply the e-brake and you will have video too. Make sure your iDevice is set to allow video out. I don't know that iPhones have a setting for video out. 5th gen iPod videos do.

I have this set up in my 07 G35S:
This cable, http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...L._AA1500_.jpg
And then I got this to charge my iPod while it's playing, http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...uL._SL500_.jpg.
Definitely not a bed set up, IMO.
