I'm surprised no one has commented on the fact he wants to run staggered wheels on an AWD.

I been hearing that you can I guess the tires have to be the same or something silly like that. I'm going 20x8.5 all away around when I do it.

It's an AWD system, so rotational differences between front and rear wheels matter. The tires should preferably be the same model (meaning tread design is the same), and as close to the same overall diameter as possible. Not exactly sure what's silly about that.
