Compact flash capacity
I want to get a cf card, but I wonder if It would read a 16gbs without a problem, or it will take forever to start? and can we put videos on it?

No video, just audio
If you havent read your manual yet, I would suggest you read the audio section. If the car didnt come with a manual, download a fresh copy for your car here:

Lots of good info in the manual and you will get answers much quicker than waiting for a response here.
No need for such a large sd card, I have a 4gb card and it's barely full since the system can't read more than 512 files or so.
