Looks like he holds SETTINGS down while scrolling the VOLUME to the right

 

Didint see the video but im guessing its about having the camera on while driving in D in which case yes it works. hold settings then keep turning volume until screen comes up... was fun for the first few weeks i had the car then not so much

Yes. With your audio settings off, you hold settings and turn your volume **** in either direction til it pops up.
