i noticed today that my power window and door locks are not working from the drivers side control panel and other doors expect the drivers windows. it does not respond to the other windows and door lock and unlock. i tried the switch on all the doors and window lock and they are not responding. if i hit the key to unlock and lock the doors they work but not from the switches on the the door control. what can the problem be? i looked at the fuse by the battery for the power windows but its a fuse that is connected to 2 other things. i really need some help guys. its a 2007 g35x.

 

could it be the fuse or the actual fuse or bcm? the only thing that works right now is the drivers side window and to lock and unlock car from the key fob, the controls on all the other doors do not work either.

 

Did you check the fuse?

 

I found a fuse by the battery that I think is for the power windows but its not exactly a normal fuse. It looks like its 3 fuses in one. Is that the correct area where the fuse should be?

 

My windows are not working right now seems like electrical and last night while messing around somehow the back window went down but won't go back up. I took the panel off but I don't see anything I can use to roll it back up. I saw pic and video of an 04 coupe but their doors once u open up the panel its open up more then our cars. Has anyone here able to manually roll up their windows that got stuck and not move back up. Let me know because right now its stuck half way and have no idea how to get it back up.

 

i found what the problem is. its the master power window switch. i cleaned it out last night and it seemed to work this morning but its a little glitchy so i need to purchase a used one. anyone recommend where to buy one or anyone selling one?

 

I had the exact same problem, windows wouldn't roll down and door locks only worked with key fob. It was the Master Power Window Switch. I popped up the switch with a screw driver and fortunately I didn't even have to replace it. Somehow the harness came loose and disconnected. I snapped it back in and was good to go. This was after hours of searching online and looking at fuses and relays :-(
Now, to figure out why my Maxima trunk stopped opening :-)
