totaled :( WRX or G37?

woman came speeding down a steep wet hill with a sharp curve at the bottom, but sadly she kept going straight, directly into my lane... ..she's lucky she hit me otherwise she would have been off the cliff...

deciding between a 2010 G37x, 2010 6mt G37s, and a 2013 WRX... definitely leaning towards a wrx because it has the 5mt AND awd
Any thoughts?

SO sorry man, that just sucks!

Hard to say which car to recommend, as there's quite a different driving experience between them. I'd say drive each one as much as possible before pulling the trigger and just go with the one that YOU like best. Good luck!

BTW, are you sure the car is a total? Obviously can't tell for sure from here, but it looks repairable from the pics.

I was hard to tell even seeing it in person, but the radiator was pushed all the way against the motor and the overflow tank thing was crushed so if It got that far I think it must have damaged the frame... But anyway the insurance company told me it was totalled (totaled? Sp?)

A shame. Like what you did with your car.

The performance of the WRX is very nice. The ride quality is not so nice.

Get a 6MT G37 and run winter tires. You will like the 6MT G37. WRX is fun, but they are so punishing to drive on a daily basis...

I love WRX's but I can't get myself to go from the Luxury (or semi lux) for the G back down to a WRX interior/features.

So I would vote to stay infiniti for a good combo of performance and luxury

Sad to see your G in an accident and the results. WRX would be a downgrade to what you normally drive, G37 should be your choice!

Thanks for the input guys! I don't know why this is such a hard decision, I know 90% of people would probably choose the G over the wrx, but I really like the offroad capabilities of the wrx and it seems like there are many more possibilities for making it faster with just bolt ons...this is one of the hardest decisions I've made because I really don't want to give up the infiniti status lol. With the g, all types of people compliment the car, but with wrx only car people compliment it haha

So sorry to see your wrecked G, mine just got T-boned a couple weeks ago Like you said, your car very well may have saved her life, glad no one was hurt (I'm assuming that's the case). If there's any way you can get a car for the short term and hold out for the 2014 WRX, looks like they are taking the car to a new level~

Good luck w/ whatever you decide.

Concept and actual car will be two different things. This is a recent camo'd WRX, which looks like a gussied up current Impreza.
