Front Console Power outlet Not working

Hello forum. I need some assistance please! The front power outlet is not transferring any power to my devices. The outlet in my center console is working fine. Would this be a fuse problem?
Thanks

something is touching, shorting it out. maybe check the two wires going to the outlet. Might have to take the dash apart.

(After changing the fuse) Initially when I plug something in, it receives no power until I wiggle my charger around then it will light up however, I have to hold it in a specific spot. I let go and try a few more times only to blow the fuse again. I've blown a couple now.. My guess is maybe the insert/sleeve of the outlet is defective. Anyone familiar with the detachment of the insert/sleeve and to plug a new one.

Sorry for raising this thread from the dead, but can u please tell me where the fuse for the center console power outlet is located? It's never worked and I would like to finally fix it

Its within the driver cabin. Look on the lower left side/close to the floor. Theres a compartment there. Open the cover and there should be a whole bunch of fuses there. You need swap the blue fuse. Look on the cover it will tell you which fuse is responsible for what.
