How To - Subwoofer and Amplifer Install on a 2007 G35 Sedan with BOSE
#17
I ran this from the back of the amp, under the back seats, up the lower door runway, and underneath my steering column to finally rest up underneath the shift column by my right leg.
It is east to adjust but hidden in case anyone is looking into my car. I didn't want to display the bass **** so clearly but I still wanted it accessible. You can mount it just about anywhere, and I have seen cleaner installs (some people put them by the seat heater switches since the non-x model have a blanked center button) but this works for me.

helppp
If I connect the L+R rca cables to the amp, less bass coming out of my single 12" Kenwood subwoofer. But if I connect only one RCA (left or right doesn't matter ) to the amp, sub hits harder and perfect.
So do you know what's the issue or should I leave one RCA connected and listen to my music ?

jeza, you didnt give enough info for a direct answer. What type of impedance load are you running (how many ohms)? I've seen similar things happen when mis-matching ohm load between sub and amp (like trying to bridge a 4ohm stable amp to push a 2ohm speaker. Do you get any overheating or is your amp too hot to touch after only a few minutes? A bad ground? Are you using a LOC? I personally think you crossed wires up somewhere. Try switching around negative and positive SPEAKER WIRES and see if anything changes. If you have a DVC (dual voice coil) subwoofer, make sure the wiring on the back of the sub is correct (series or parallel). I once fried an amp like that. Good luck.
