ordering OEM parts
ordering OEM parts
I previously owned a BMW for 8 years and I did most of the work myself. BMW has a vast community of individuals that have set up DIY and retailers that sell OEM parts below dealer pricing.
Where do you go to get parts / DIY for things you would like to repair on your vehicle?
Example: BMW - BavAuto.com for parts.
Thanks, glad to be a member here now.

OC Infiniti is a dealership and sponsor for G35 Driver located in Orange County, CA. and offer great deals on OE parts. My dealership in Santa Clarita gives me cost + 10% which I believe OC Infiniti will beat. They also offer many aftermarket parts at a very reasonable price....Gary
Does no one here actually repair their own vehicle? That vendor list is all aftermarket and add on for Engine, exhaust, tires/wheels, etc.
I am talking about replacing parts on the vehicle. Are you guys buy radiator hoses from Pep Boys or Napa? Is there not a specific place, that is not a dealer, that you order spark plugs, oil, hoses, etc. (maintenance items) from?

Apparently no one here actually works on their own vehicle, they just take it to the dealership.
Thank for all your help in solving my question.
Try to type like someone that uses English as a first language.
theres this new internet site called google.com. if you enter a word it will come up with alot of searches for u. you no longer have the option of only inputting web address in the address bar. so if ur looking for **** your only option is not to only type playboy.com on the address bar. you can now enter the term "****" and see a vast collection of **** sites conveniently listed for you
Unfortunately, we don't have anything like bavauto, and most of us don't like going to the dealer for anything! But this is a pretty dang good site for info exchange..... welcome,, btw, what model bmw, did you have?
I found a site today that is similar to BavAuto and has OEM plus after market options for parts replacement. http://www.autohausaz.com/search/cat...id=68@Infiniti
Here is a site I found with very few DIYs for our vehicles. http://www.carcarekiosk.com/videos/Infiniti/G35/2008
