Get the S. I have two kids and no time to do much to the G these days. Also don't forget the S gets the VLSD. Worth the price right there.

 

Go for the sport unless you are overweight . Seats can be dialed in. The thigh and back bolsters are adjustable which will hold you like a glove. Wheels are nice 18" no need to upgrade.
