Wondering if G35S and G37S sedan uses the same lug nuts?

As long as both have the OEM wheels, then yes

Yup!!! same thing. I am sure it's the same on the Q50. I can have that answer to you tonight when i look at the car after work.

As long as they're both V36 (second gen) sedans, then yes, they're identical.
