370z Akebono BBK on V36?

Fellow G35'ers,

A cool ad on craigslist popped up on my local craigslist and wanted to hear your opinion before I made any drastic decisions. Link below:

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/pts/4331524845.html

Wondering if these would fit my 08' G35 Sport Sedan. As it was suggested by the seller that I would need new brackets for the callipers. Also in my previous experience on the coupe I had to modify the dust shields to fit the bigger rotors. I don't think wheel clearance would be of issue, I have 20" work varianzas.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Yes, they'll fit with modification to the rear dust shield

You don't need any type of brackets, it'll bolt right up. If you do get it and those lines pictured aren't stainless steel, get some.

That's good to hear because I'm really considering it. As a quick follow up I wanted to ask if its a good investment to switch over to slotted and driller rotors, originally I just wanted slotted as folks are saying in a lot of cases the rotors would crack. Also how is the wear and tear on them, any idea if they would last longer compared to stocks?

Thank you,

AC
