Interior power mirror button

Hey guys quick question for you hopefully someone can help.

I was removing my "window finisher" ( the piece that gets all scratched up) and the power mirror button came apart. There is a white piece and a spring and I'm trying to figure out which way it goes back in?

Does Anyone know where I could find diagram of some sort ?

Mirror toggle button

Hah did the same thing when I tried fixing my bezels. Had to go to eBay and it was like $40 but it works I think (don't use it too often). I still have the original but it didn't take me long to realize that's not supposed to be a servicable part. You can put the trim in without the button maybe nobody will notice

lol yeah, it's like 40$ online but I figured it out, the spring goes in the hole in the 2nd pic and that piece essentially sticks up and acts as your toggle

Thank you very much for the help! used two small needles to pry it out and it came out easily. Also thanks for letting me know how to reassemble it, was surprised that the tiny spring made the whole difference on how it works! and glad it is back to normal. Really appreciate it.
