Does anyone know what this is called?



I specifically need one of the bolts (circled in green)

It has 2 different sized bolts on it.

The 2 in the middle witch are bigger then the smaller ones that are bolted onto the edges of that piece of mettle.

Does anyone know what the bolt part number is or what the covers part number is, or what they are called?

Found the name and part number for this.

Front suspension member and 54459 jk03d is the bolt part number.
