I was wondering if anyone knew if suspension components were typically covered under the Infiniti Elite Warranty.

Every once in a while when going over bumps it sounds like my shocks are making a funny noise. It doesn't happen every time and the car still drives perfectly fine.

most likely not. Elite is Electrical, engine and drivetrain. Suspension is ware and tare

I have the elite on my '06 purchased 3/13 at 74.5K miles. Already have had work done at dealer prices worth more than 2x what I paid for coverage, and I'm good until 3/17 and 122.5K miles. To say I am pleased with that decision is a major understatement. Just had front c/v boot, steering rack and pinion gear, and rear differential gear and axle replaced. Of course dealer gets reimbursed so they are happy to discover these things for me. And yes, all those black boxes add up to nearly the entire car. He posted just suspension. The rest of the pages are just as detailed.

 

Thanks a lot for posting that. I am going to get the car taken in for a free inspection and hopefully have this checked out before I extend the warranty another 2 years.
