Would a bad brake bleed job (with air in the brake line) ruin the brake system?

Would a bad brake bleed job (with air in the brake line) ruin the brake system?

I am wondering would a bad brake bleed job (with air in the brake line) ruin brake master cylinder or caliper?

Or I just need to re-bleed the system (and do it right) and it should be fine? What to look out for for a bad brake master cylinder or caliper?

Thanks

If the MC got too low you may have to bench bleed it, here's a DIY on that
