Good Deal? 08 G35

I'm purchasing a g35 Journey sedan tomorrow, but I just want others opinion on the price. It has 66k miles on it, Black on Black, what I would call excellent condition except a little peeling on the steering wheel. The previous owner is a single owner who was very detailed. She was so organized, she wrote down every time she filled up her gas tank and had all of her service records in a little booklet. It had the premium package and navigation with the sport wheel package that gets 18" rims. It has Michelin Sport tires on it with only 6k miles on it. It also includes an extended warranty until 96k miles or 2 more years.

She was asking 17,500, but I talked her down to 16,750. How good of a deal do y'all think this is?

Input is appreciated,

Thanks

It's not a bad price, particularly if the extended warranty is the Infiniti Elite warranty, but still, it could be better. If it is an aftermarket warranty, I'd definitely expect the price to be lower yet (much closer to 16K).

Sounds like a good deal for a car that's been well taken care of. I'd pay a bit more knowing that. Most of the time you never know.
