So just got my 07 G35S, but the radio will not turn on? All A/C controls working, but as much as I press the radio on/off ****, or any other radio related button, it will not turn on. Checked all fuses and even pulled the radio control bezel to ensure all cables connected. Can anyone help me out as to any possible fixes, or known issues with the 07+ radios??

I also disconnected battery for 30 mins, but nothing. Wasn't working when I test drove, then it started working on its own when I went back as dealer said it just started working on its own, and it was! Then I drive off and it won't turn on again? What gives??

Is this an issue with the radio control unit/bezel?? If so I can order another through Ebay as there are some used units there.

I hear after market one is better. I plan to do it when i get the money to change everything out. You can do a lot more w/ aftermarket.

 

Get a multimeter and connector pin layout. Check for both power, ground and what not...If everything is good to go there it's possible the head unit is dead. That was the case with my buddy's.

If it's yours, aftermarket double din time!

 

Thanks for the pic, looks like the clock unit can be replaced separately, I may have to do that in future since the LED is flickering ...

 

i solved this problem buying another unit in ebay. Try to repaired the radio and doesn't work.
