I just started really looking into getting coilovers for my G35x and I have looked at a few brands to go with. But I want to see if any of you have experiences with any good ones or any bad

 

The rear damping adjustment **** may be a concern. See which one has the adjustment **** at the bottom of the shock.

Otherwise, you will either have to remove the shock for adjustment, or drilled holes and remove the back seat, and/or get an extension kit.

 

Is this because of the awd? I didn't know there would be an issue because of that.

 

I think its for all version of the G sedan

 

What brands were you looking at

 

So far mainly KW, H&R, Eibach, and some bilstein. I'm trying to stay in a range atleast under $1500, hopefully less. But I want to go with good trust worthy product.

 

None of those you listed make coilovers for the G35x (at least the second generation).
BC, Megan, D2 make them, and Fortune 500 just released their AWD set for the 09+ G37x so it should apply to the G35X too, they've been getting decent reviews on myg37.com
