hey everyone new to they g35 scene. Not new to the lowering or performance scene. My miata I had b&c coilovers my wrx wagon had ksports and my 03 civic si had raceland.
So.. My raceland coilovers I had on my civic and loved em.
Raceland makes some for g35 coupe and 350z.
I have seen on here a lot of people on here doing 350z struts with coupe springs the g/z swap I think they call it.
so I have been looking at h&r lowering springs and started looking at the gz swap.
And got to thinking could I get coilovers for a 350z. Or just get nice lowering springs. I want whatever I get to last a while.

Might look into the new Tein Basis Coilover set, this is the latest entry coilover from Tein to replace the Tein Basic, they've made improvements and being a Japanese company the parts are decent quality compared to Taiwan/China sets.
The price is very good and would be a better option than running OEM dampers w/ lowering springs for sure.
THMotorsports has the best pricing right now

I have the Street Basis lowered 2". Used to be lowered a bit more but got tired of the scraping. Non-car people can't tell the ride is any harsher than stock. It is just firmer.
