Exclamation New member, would love feedback :)

so ok... I've always liked g35's A LOT.
I don't actually own one currently but definitely looking to buy one pretty soon.
I research a lot and I believe I found a great car for a decent price, I would love to hear some suggestions.

I know these posts are annoying, any feedback would be nice though.

btw... how hard is to to replace or "fix" that steering wheel trim? it really bothers me...

Yeah, whoever owned it (I'm guessing female or a Rock God or NFL/NBA player) wore a LOT of rings. Other then the wheel, it looks really nice. The wheel can be fixed. I found it on www.Truecar.com and it says it's a "good" price.

Here is a DIY on replacing the steering wheel bezel
https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sed...bezel-v36.html

Price and car look good. It has navigation but it looks like it does not have the tech package or premium package? Read up on them and see if its something you want.....I don't think its a deal breaker at all, I think its includes adaptive headlights, intelligent cruise control, pre collision aid, active head restraints, backup camera. It might also have included hard drive, flash drive and bose system but I'm not sure. This si all off the top of my head, best to look up what the different option packages were in 2007.

GL

PS that interior/exterior color combo is awesome. I thought that usually white G's came in tan interior which I don't find as nice as black. Just my opinion.

It was not possible to have NAV without Premium. It has both.
Options for the car can be seen here: http://infinitihelp.com/models/2007/...ifications.php

Kenny, I suggest you have the oil pressure tested before you buy. Why you should want to:

https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sed...ous-about.html

If you do have it tested, make sure they do it at the specified oil temp (or above) and at the two specified rpm ranges (as monitored off the ecu, not the tachometer).

Car looks beautiful. I always liked the Ivory Pearl w/Graphite

I stand corrected. I thought the backup camera (which this car does not have) was part of the premium package but its part of the tech package. I also thought there was Bose emblems on the speaker grills and head unit but apparently its only on the subwoofer.

So this car does not have the tech package and missing:
Intelligent cruise control (a really cool feature esp back in 2007 but not really something used everyday and certainly something anyone can live without)
Adaptive headlights (eh...this is more of a novelty)
Brake assist (just like ICC, nice but not really going to use it)
Backup camera (IMO very useful)

So you're not missing out on all that much. You can add an aftermarket backup camera if you really want it.

Welcome to the G community. You can fix the steering wheel yourself. I took mine off and sanded the rubber stecture off and color match it to my car. It came out really nice. Well I painted all my plastic in the interior in the car

What paint did you use and did you need an adhesion promoter?
